UstarFlow AI

AI engine to design organ-on-chip devices

Automating biology-engineering integration through AI.

About UstarFlow AI

UstarFlow AI is an AI engine to design organ-on-chip systems. It links desired biological outcomes to fab-ready device geometries, accelerating iteration from concept to STL. Using physics-informed models and optimization, the system targets outcomes such as permeability, wall shear stress, and TEER, and proposes channel layouts, feature dimensions, and materials-ready STL exports. The result is outcome-focused, reproducible design that shortens cycles between in vitro biology and microfluidic engineering.

Why it matters

Biology speaks in phenotypes and readouts. Engineering speaks in dimensions and constraints. UstarFlow AI bridges this gap, turning target outcomes into optimized chip geometries that can be fabricated and tested. This reduces trial-and-error, improves comparability across labs, and helps accelerate personalized medicine and preclinical testing in the life sciences and organ-on-chip ecosystems.
